Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on qualifying orders (calculated after discounts and promotional codes and before taxes). Expedited shipping, special handling or oversized shipments may be subject to additional charges, which are shown at checkout.

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within two (2) business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times are estimates and may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, inventory shortages, or payment and address verification. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe shown, we will notify you by email and, where required by law, offer a revised ship date or a full refund.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates; once an order is with the carrier, delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather and other circumstances outside our control. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout – additional charges may apply to reship an order returned to us as undeliverable.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and, for verified claims, provide a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.

Free 30-Day Returns

Eligible products purchased from this site may be returned free of charge within thirty (30) days of delivery. To qualify for a free return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition;
• The product must include its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and other materials supplied with it;
• The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery; and
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Products showing signs of travel, use, wear, damage, alteration or misuse, or missing original packaging or components, are not eligible for return. Items marked final sale, clearance or non-returnable at the time of purchase, and gift cards, are not eligible for return unless required by law or the product is defective.

Qualifying returns receive a prepaid return shipping label or another return method authorized by Triforce Luggage. Please follow our return instructions before shipping a product back – we are not responsible for returns sent using an unauthorized method or without a valid return authorization.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within ten (10) business days of receipt. Your bank may need additional time before the refund appears on your account. Original expedited shipping charges and other optional shipping services are not refundable unless the return results from our error. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through this site; products bought from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Incorrect, Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, an incomplete order or a product damaged before or during delivery, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order information and, when requested, photos of the product and packaging. For verified claims we will replace the product, supply the missing item, or refund you at no cost. This 30-day window does not affect the five-year Limited Warranty, under which a manufacturing defect may be reported at any time during the warranty period.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing has begun. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, the return policy above applies.
